Internal Recruiter

Answer Digital is a successful digital transformation agency based in Leeds City Centre. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Internal Recruiter to work as part of our support team enabling successful recruitment in a fast-growing company.

Job Type: Permanent

Suitable for: Internal Recruiter, ideally with experience of working in the Digital Transformation industry

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + pension + career development + events

The Successful applicant:

Your experience will include:

  • A minimum of 18 months experience working in Internal Recruitment or as a Recruitment Consultant
  • Experience of working on recruitment strategies and campaigns
  • Experience of utilising job boards and social media channels to attract and recruit talent
  • You must have the right to work and reside in the UK
  • Full UK driving licence is beneficial as occasional travel is required

Lead Agile/Digital Project Manager

Answer Digital is a successful digital transformation agency based in Leeds City Centre. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Agile Project Manager to work as part of our delivery teams in enabling successful outcomes for our clients.

Delivering outcomes for our customers is what we do. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects encompassing both business and technical aspects of the solution. Using agile and lean principles you will lead the team in establishing the foundations of the project through to the release of the solution into production and the management of post go live processes e.g. support, enhancements and usability improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • The Agile PM will initiate, plan, facilitate and motivate agile project teams, and is accountable for the successful delivery of project engagements.
  • Act as the Scrum Master for the delivery team ensuring effective use of agile methodologies and techniques.
  • Facilitate team ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective and Standups.
  • Lead “Discovery phases” with clients, establishing the strategic, operational, technical and commercial foundations for project delivery.
  • Facilitate user story workshops and elicit requirements from the project and client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate User and Customer Experience research activities with the UX Designers.
  • Identify areas of improvement for the Delivery Team and enable them to implement planned change.
  • Ensure transparency in the Management of project risks and issues, and communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and utilisation of team members.

  • Scrum Master certification is beneficial but not essential.
  • Prince2 Qualification is a bonus
  • You must have the right to work and reside in the UK

The Answer Academy

The Answer Academies are unique, exciting programmes that equip ambitious graduates with the most contemporary technical skills and process understanding to join our ‘best in industry’ project teams. 

We run four different Academies every quarter, spanning:
