WHAT OUR ACADEMY GRADUATES SAY:

"Answer Digital completely changed my career. I was a teacher and it kick-started my career in the Tech industry from a beginner to a Software Developer. For a woman in technology, Academy supports you - lots of support, including from another woman developer. Other Academies have lots of people. With Answer you get dedicated attention and a personal learning experience

The Answer Academy gives exactly the same opportunities as everyone else. Answer Digital’s Academy can take people in as a beginner at whatever stage of their career. And it’s not just about learning coding. It’s also learning the project experience - how things look in the real world"

- Tessa May graduated from Answer Digital’s Developer Academy 2018 and is now a mentor

"Constantly throughout the Academy standards are very high. It was really good to work with people at all levels. You are empowered to use your own initiative and this is instilled at Answer. You are given independence from get go, it’s not just seen as training

I successfully graduated and was promoted in 3 months. I felt rewarded, confident and it made it seem very real. Getting promoted from Answer, I felt recognised for having gained the skills required in that time. Since the Academy, there has been  velocity and momentum in my career and skills. It’s now up to me to keep the momentum and progression. The Academy sets the stage"

Cameron Hunter, graduated Answer Digital Test Academy 2020 and is now a mentor

"The culture is so different to where I worked before and in a really good way. People at Answer Digital really care. Being told I can do it, getting feedback from everyone within the Academy at all levels in Answer Digital, and this includes not just mentors. I felt I was part of the team from the word go!

The standard was and is high! Answer believed in my capabilities and I felt really invested and very supported. Graduating felt really inclusive, continued onto a live project and I had as much work as everyone else. There is a big workload and lots to do, it’s made easier by the culture, having a laugh and making good friends"

- Kash Javed graduated from the Answer Developer Academy 2020 and is now a mentor

"I had a desire to learn and direct my career and applied to the Answer Digital Academy. I found the Answer Academy to be very welcoming and had great values.  It really matched my desire and drive to learn, having no prior software development experience

I was able to get along with the team really well and everyone is very friendly. The Academy is well structured, organised  and provides an overview of all the skills you will need to work on a project. It is intense, but you are provided with a lot of support. On graduating, it really provides a sense of achievement and accomplishment - the Answer Academy was a really good experience"
